Modern apartment in Tromsø city center

Positive: Lokalita ubytování byla perfektní. Stejně tak výhled. Komunikace s majitelem byla super. Vše jsme věděli dopředu, byl ochotný cokoliv zařídit. Negative: Chybělo vybavení: toaletní papír, jar, utěrky, prostředky na úklid a pytle do koše. Po 22 hodině večer sousedi ze shora dělali hrozný hluk. Vrtání, stěhování nábytku, hlasitý smích atd.

Very comfortable and relaxing. The view is wonderful!!! Positive: The house was spacious and clean. Also the location was very good, two big supermarkets near by and chemist plus the bus stop. But the best is the view, it was breathtaking!!!

Positive: The location was great, we loved the view! The pictures of the apartment are realistic, the living room and kitchen facilities are good. We were able to leave our baggage in the foyer for a few hours after check out. Negative: Very strict check-in and check-out times, we asked for an early check-in (only half an hour) but only received the entrance code at 17.02. Bedrooms and beds could use an update. What made me give this place only a 7, though, was the communication. I tried repeatedly to call and text the owner (on WhatsApp, as well as booking) about us arriving a bit early and again when we had some trouble with the lock, but no answer. We could've stayed locked outside for hours if we didn't figure it out ourselves. I just feel that if there was an emergency, we would have no way of contacting him. What's more, I believe our calls and messages were ignored on purpose, since the owner never acknowledged it, not even later, but we got sent the code and check-out instructions via the same channels. All in all it was a good stay, but I wouldn't book again because of this.
